What is your business about?

Howpetalsfall produces enamel pins, stickers, dolls and other small keepsakes. I enjoy using soft pastel colours and natural elements, inspired by movies, music and life itself. Each piece is meant to live alongside you, on your outfit, bag or shelf.

What made you decide to start your business?

It all started in 2019 when my parents gave me a drawing tablet for my birthday. I loved collecting pins so I decided to try designing my own. In the early days, my friends were my biggest supporters. Over time, my brand grew and I was lucky to share my products with customers from all around the world.

How has your SEM Experience been? 

SEM has given me the opportunity to try retail as I previously only sold online and through occasional booths. I still remember the excitement of sticking my first barcode. The NUS Co-op team has guided me through the process and I would do it all over again.
