To all NUS Students from the Graduating Cohort of 2025: We would like to wish you a Happy Graduation! Congratulations on your momentous achievement!

For such an important occasion, why not commemorate them with some pictures taken on campus before you graduate?

Besides the iconic UCC “I Was Here” statues and UTown “NUS” display, here is a handy guide of several more unique and noteworthy spots you might not have known about!

1. Outside Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music

(Jia Yue, Graduate from Faculty of Science, 2025, posing with Graduation Lion wearing a Faculty of Science hood.)

Positioned right outside the University Cultural Centre (UCC) is the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. With the diverse backdrop of blue skies and wooden planks, as well as its close proximity to UCC and NUS Museum, do drop by to snap a few pictures!

**Do note: Non-Music Faculty students are not allowed to enter YST Conservatory of Music for photo-taking.

HOW TO GET THERE: Take a bus to Museum Bus Stop or drop at Raffles Hall and walk over!

2. Or perhaps a higher vantage point? (YST)

(Dun Liang, Graduate from the Faculty of Computer Science, 2025, posing with Graduation Bear with Computer Science Hood)

Want to get a bird’s eye view of the sky? Well, you’re in luck! Simply head up the staircase to get an unobstructed view for your photos!

HOW TO GET THERE: Simply head to the side of the section (right in front of Bar Bar Black Sheep and you will see a staircase leading you upwards!)

3. Outside Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum

(Jia Yue, Graduate from Faculty of Science, 2025, posing with Graduation Lion wearing a Faculty of Science hood.)

Another popular spot would be the bridge connecting YST to LKCNHM. Take a picture with the iconic brown building!

HOW TO GET THERE: A few seconds walk from YST and you’ve arrived!

Or perhaps you would like to see things from a…different perspective?

Presenting another side of the iconic LKCNHM, and taking pictures with the native plants instead! Simply walk over from the bridge to the other side, and shoot away!

4. Just Beside CREATE Building

You might have caught a glimpse of this building several times while entering UTown, however, did you know that it also offers you a clear, unobstructed view of the sky?

Psst…Do take during the Golden Hour for those radiant sunset pictures!

HOW TO GET THERE: Take a bus to UTown, drop and walk over!

5. Not forgetting the iconic #NUS at UTown Field

(Arko, Graduate from Faculty of Computer Science, 2025, with Graduation Bear wearing the hood from Faculty of Computer Science.)

No Graduation montage is complete without a picture with the #NUS plaque to symbolise that well, you’ve graduated at hashtag NUS.

6. And the UTown Field of course! Picnic anyone?

How can we forget the iconic green patch that is our very own UTown Field? Where many a student would walk past — dashing to class and grabbing a cuppa from Starbucks, of course.

7. Stephen Riady Centre Rooftop and a Sky Full of Clouds

(Arko, Graduate from Faculty of Computer Science, 2025, with Graduation Bear wearing the hood from Faculty of Computer Science.)
