Shipping Policy
Please note that the delivery information below applies only to orders placed online.
Delivery timing for local online purchases
Orders will be delivered to the local delivery address within 7 working days from the day the order is placed.
Delivery cost is $5.00 per address in mainland Singapore.
Delivery service is only available to valid addresses in mainland Singapore. NUS Co-op reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or which is inaccessible.
Delivery must be acknowledged by the Customer or his/her authorized recipient during the delivery on the invoice presented by the delivery personnel. The Customer should ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery address to receive the delivery, failing which NUS Co-op reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee of $10.00 for each subsequent trip.
The Customer should notify NUS Co-op immediately, via phone, of any change to delivery address and/or contact number. NUS Co-op shall not be held liable if delivery is already initiated & the authorized recipient is unavailable for order reception; we will have to arrange for a re-delivery at another available time slot with a re-delivery fee of $10.00.
If the Customer has specifically instructed NUS Co-op to leave his delivery outside the door of the address provided, such delivery shall be at the Customer's sole risk and NUS Co-op shall not be liable for any missing Products thereafter.
NUS Co-op shall reasonably endeavour to deliver orders to the valid and complete delivery address specified by the Customer within the time slot selected by the Customer but NUS Co-op shall not be liable for any claims or damages costs due to delays in its delivery services.
All risk in the Products sold on this Site shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer’s delivery address and we will accept no liability thereafter for the delivery order in question.
Self-collection
For purchase made before 12 noon on Monday to Thursday, goods can be collected after 12 noon on the next working day at the selected collection point.
For purchase made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, goods can be collected after 12 noon on next Tuesday. The collection points are not available on public holiday.
Overseas delivery
Online orders currently can only be delivered to local address in Singapore mainland only.
Please bear with us while we work on implementing overseas delivery.
