Refund for online purchases

Goods may be returned for a full refund only if they are received in a damaged condition, and it must be done within 7 days upon receiving the goods. The online transaction invoice/receipt must be produced for refund.

If a product is not delivered or damaged during delivery, we shall refund at the price originally charged to the customer’s credit card. Please clearly indicate on the invoice the products that are damaged or missing and the total amount to be refunded, then return the invoice to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

In the case of customers who have made payment using Paypal, refund will be in accordance with Paypal’s prevailing refund policy. Further information on Paypal’s refund policy can be found on the Paypal website at

Refund for store purchases

If the items purchased in our stores are defective, please produce the original receipt to request for exchange or refund within 5 working days.
